The Large Bore-HD 4in 409 stainless steel race pipe without muffler eliminates the use of the restrictive diesel particulate filter (DPF) for maximum performance and extreme mileage gains. This free flowing exhaust system outflows the factory exhaust by 300cfm is constructed out of durable 4" mandrel bent 409 stainless steel and uses bayonet style hangers and band clamps for a clean installation. This system comes complete with all tubing, bayonet hangers and band clamps. You will be shocked at the performance and mileage improvement you will see from this system. This system requires the use of a controller with a DPF-delete function. All aFe exhaust systems are engineered and manufactured in our Corona, California manufacturing facility.
Installation is a Snap:
This Large Bore-HD exhaust systems utilizes factory mounting locations providing stability and includes all necessary hardware for hassle-free installation.
High quality OE style band clamps are used for a complete 36 sealing surface.
A muffler delete-pipe is used for a true race-inspired sound and maximum flow.
OE style bayonet hangers are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The Bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE style fit that does not change with time.
Flow and Performance:
This Large Bore-HD exhaust system is constructed of mandrel bent 4" stainless steel tubing for maximum flow. Smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT's.
This system weighs 85 lbs less than the factory exhaust for increased performance and fuel economy.
*This kit will only fit 2015 models manufactured before July 2014 equipped with a non-flanged down pipe.
This is a Race Only product that is to be used solely for competition, it cannot be used on vehicles that are operated on public streets, roads or highways.
