Some parts you purchase require you send us your old part. A core charge is simply a deposit that is refunded to you when your old part is received by us.

Q: When will my order arrive?

You have several shipping options when you place your order. For regular ground shipping to the lower 48 states, you can expect to receive your parts within 5 business days. Shipping time varies depending on your distance from our nearest warehouse. Call for more details or information about international shipping.

Q: Do you price match?

Yes. We'll match lower advertised prices from certified retailers.

Q: Is there a warranty on parts?

Warranties vary, so check our website or give us a call for details. Plus, most parts include a 30 day return policy. Of course, everything we sell also includes our MDP Satisfaction Guarantee.

Q: Do you accept returns?

Conventional 5,000 Miles Synthetic 7500 Miles (Aftermarket parts will need adjusted)

Q: How Often Should I Change My Fuel Filter?

You should change your fuel filter every 5K miles to 10K miles at the most.

Q: How Often Should I Check My Coolant?

Check your coolant at least once a month.

Q: How Often Should I Bring My Diesel in for Maintenance?

Refer to your vehicles owner manual for recommended maintenance.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email.

During the holiday season shipping delivery may vary.

Q: Is there a cost on returns?

If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

Amount of refund will be based on the purchase price of your product.
