Air to Oil Cooler, Bullet Proof Diesel

These are the same air-to-oil coolers that come with the Bullet Proof Diesel external engine oil cooler kits. There are three different options; Standard, Heavy Duty Deep and Heavy Duty Tall. It is intended only for build-your-own custom applications.
The coolers are configured with three ports: the inlet and outlet main flow ports are #12 ORB. The third port is 1/4 pipe and is designed for adapting sensors, bypass oil filtration or other accessories.
There are several trade-off's between the three different coolers. These differences include:
The STANDARD DUTY is our original cooler. It is designed to work with F-250's and light-working F-350's. This cooler is compatible with the Cold Weather Thermostat assembly.
The HEAVY DUTY - DEEP is about ~20% more cooler (thicker) than the standard duty. It is designed to work with F-250's through F-550's. This cooler is compatible with the Cold Weather Thermostat assembly.
The HEAVY DUTY - TALL is about ~20% more cooler (taller) than the standard duty. It is designed to work with F-250's through F-550's. This cooler is NOT compatible with the Cold Weather Thermostat assembly.

Before you purchase
This product will fit both the F-Series as well as the 6.0L Excursion. Product is the cooler only, no fittings are included.
This product does not come with any technical support of any kind. This is solely intended for custom applications, period.
