This kit includes both the low mounted power steering cooler and the accessory hoses. The set of hoses will allow for remounting the 6.0L diesel power steering cooler from the high location (near the hood latch) down to the lower position (near bottom of radiator). Ford mounted the power steering cooler down low on 2003- part of 2006 models. Comes with all the required hardware as shown in the picture.
